The clippings shown here are from the Wickenburg newspaper.  The first two are from April, 1955.  The second article contains the earliest known photo of the Hass, taken before commissioning!  We are trying to get the original from the Phoenix Gazette.

It is interesting to note that the owner of the Rancho Grande Hotel, our Reunion HQ, is the daughter of Roy Coxwell who was President of the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce in 1955 and was the person who presented "The Jug" to Captain Mc Kaig through Senator Barry Goldwater!
