Dear Shipmates, The USS Hassayampa Reunion is scheduled to be held on September 9th-11th at La Quinta Inn Airport in Oklahoma City. There will be a $20.00 registration fee per Shipmate on checking in. If you are flying to Oklahoma City, you can either use a rent vehicle, or use the airport shuttle (can be reached at (405) 942-0040). To reserve a room, call (405) 942-0040. Inform the clerk you're with the Hassayampa Reunion to get our discount. The room rates are $71.10 per night plus tax. You can come early or stay over at same rate. The cut-off date for room reservation is August 2nd, 2010. The hotel accepts payments in form of credit card, personal check or certified bank check. Send payment for room to: La Quinta Inn Airport
We will have Friday and Saturday evening dinners on the La Quinta Airport. Friday evening dinner will be held at the hotel. Please use separate checks for hotel dinners. Please mail your cost for the banquets to: Norman Barron
Write your check or money order to USS Hassayampa Veterans Assoc. Be sure to include the cost for you and your spouse and/or guests. You will be mailed tickets for the dinners. These tickets must be turned in at the door of the banquet room at each meal. PLEASE NOTE: Deadline for dinner reservations is August 20th, 2010. |
