Dear Shipmates,

The USS Hassayampa Reunion is scheduled to be held on September 25-27 at The Settle Inn in Branson. There will be a $20.00 registration fee per Shipmate on checking in.

If you are flying to Springfield, you need to rent a car as it costs about $50 for shuttle to hotel.

To reserve a room, call 1-800-677-6906. Inform the clerk you're with the Hassayampa Reunion to get our discount.

The room rates are $83.68 per night including tax. Room rates are only good through September 11, 2008.

The hotel accepts payments in form of credit card, personal check or certified bank check. Personal checks will not be accepted within 14 days of the event. Send payment for room to:

We will have Thursday evening dinner on the Branson Belle ($53.00 per person). Friday evening dinner will be held at the hotel ($26.00 per person). Saturday morning we have Silver Dollar City scheduled at $45.00 per person. Please use separate checks for Branson Belle, Silver Dollar City, and hotel dinners. These features are optional and are added for group entertainment.

Write your check or money order to USS Hassayampa Veterans Assoc. Be sure to include the cost for you and your spouse and/or guests. You will be mailed tickets for the dinners. These tickets must be turned in at the door of the banquet room at each meal.
